View Full Version : Got charged twice for Assassins Creed Animus Edition? Please Help

So I just purchased the assassins creed animus edition for PC, and while the purchase was being completed the loading page was taking an incredibly long time so I refreshed the page. After this everything went smoothly and I received all the games and DLC that the pack entailed. When I went to check my email there was 2 order confirmations (with different order numbers) so It seems I was charged twice for this, does anyone know what I can do to get the second one refunded or cancelled? If someone could please help me out id greatly appreciate it

Your only chance is Ubisoft Support, but since it's Christmas, I don't think they'll answer you too soon.
You'll get your issue solved, they'll see the error and refund you. But it will take time. A lot of time. Months. Good Luck.
