View Full Version : [PC] Downloading Issues - We'll Try Restore Connection Rubbish

I have tried for days to download The Division and The Crew but every time I do my download just starts and 5 mins later it stops completely I have port forwarded the Uplay Launcher through my router I have added Uplay to my Windows Firewall and IT STILL ******** STOPS DOWNLOADING I am starting to tear my hair out because I do not know why it is doing this. I can download through my PS4, STEAM, ORIGIN, PS3, Blizzard App and yet UPLAY I can't download anything it's stupid WTF is going on.,

I cant event donwload anything 0 k/s ... for 4 days

If those steps do not help, please let support know by creating a ticket (https://support.ubi.com/en-US/Cases/New) with MSINFO and DXDIAG files (https://support.ubi.com/en-US/Faqs/Details/kA030000000emSbCAI?name=how-to-submit-dxdiag-and-msinfo-files) so we can look into this further. I have done those I have created a ticket and all they have done is suggest I do the same thing even though first post I said I did the tech steps

I have done

Steps in that link
port forwarded
update drivers
updated win 7
enabled pass through windows firewall
stopped anti virus and spyware scanners
checked procy setting even when I am not one

I have even changed to my old wifi card over my Ethernet cable and it still gives me the message and still quits after so long yet STEAM, Origin and Blizzard let me download fine I can even play any other online game except Ubisoft games.

Yea Ubisoft is gone taking a dump atm, Doesnt seem like we are gonna get support for this.
