I love this game, but all I have is an old Sidewinder ForceFeedback1. Its nice, but I'm looking for something new. I have 130-160$ (canadian), and I would prefer something with force-feedback.

You probably have one of the best force feed back sticks already. DON'T get one of the Logitech sticks because they will only last a couple of months at the most, and they often start to fail in weeks.

The Saitek X-45 is probably the best stick for FB, but it's not force feed back.

Force Feed Back? Get thee to Ebay and bid on a microsoft stick.

Otherwise, if you already have rudder pedals, I'd spend it on the X45. If you don't, I'd get a low end Saitek like the Cyborg Gold (or other equivalent) and a set of CH Pro Pedals.

Wait until this fall and then spring for the X52 which should promise to be a spectacular improvement over the X45 in terms of durability and function.

I have the MSFF1 also.
I still use it (with CH pro pedals and an X-45 throttle quadrant).

Keep saving your money.

Well I don't have rudder pedals, I think I'm too used to the idea of twisting a joystick to ever switch :/

Thanks for the suggestions all, I'll stick with my FF1 and look at some pedals. The throttle on this thing really sucks though...

I was also thinking of MAKING a control pad, theres a store near where i live called ActiveSurplus where i can get all the parts, i'll program it in the serial port with VB. It will have little metal switches for things like WEP, gears, flaps, and little lights and such. fun. I have too much free time.

My Logitech FFB lasted over a year, only to fail because a friend spilled a Southern Comfort & Coke on it. I got the same stick again. Love it.
