Just tried logging into the game and it is trying to have me recreate my avatar as if my account has gone missing?! Can someone help me please? Whom do I contact? I really don't want to start all over...

I just logged on to get my free pack and my entire account is gone as well. :mad:

Same thing happened to me, the account reset and I had spent money and was rank 17! Let's hope this is fixed soon.

I too have this problem. I really want to figure out how to fix this.
Only person in my friend group who got reset. Now they're all going to destroy me.

I don't even want compensation, I just want my account back.

Same issue. I haven't even tried remaking my character in case it's all restored later on. I'm about to directly contact support.

Crazy, I rebooted my phone and when it came back up, account was gone. =(

Lost my progress and everything this is unacceptable specially since a lot of us spent real money in this game. They better compensate for this with something good otherwise not gonna spend a cent on this game anymore 😡

every time I boot up the app the game starts as if I never played it before. So I've lost my progress, and the dollar I spent in the game. ********.
I guess the game did warn me not to play it...

Ps- screw you redlynx. You done f***** up. And when are we getting a new trials game? Better not f*** that up too.

just like all these people im freaking out my account is gone i was playing not one hour ago and everything was fine. but then just 8 minutes ago i got on and my account disappeared it just restarted. i was going to use my money on packs yesterday and thank god i didnt do it but pleeeeeease just fix this

Well, from my brief 2-day experience so far, this game has just been a buggy piece of crap. Constant crashing, endless PVP connection errors, now finally my account is wiped! The fact that I see ZERO response from UbiSoft is the just the cherry on top of this giant F-You sundae. The game itself is fun, but these bugs really make me want to scream and break things.

interestingly, I've got an account on both an iPad and an Android, and the Android's account is just fine. Of course, that's the one I was neglecting because I was doing so much better on the other one...

Edit: It's back! Hopefully everyone else's is back too.

Please ubisoft, I lost all my progress, I'm using Android and earlier I was able to play, after an hour when I play back the game it reset my whole progress and I have to start all over, I'm using the same play accounts...Please solve this issue asap

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue, Ben! This problem can occur if you accidentally log in with a different Google Play Games account. If you're logged in with the same account that you started the game on, please contact Ubisoft customer support (http://support.ubi.com/)directly for assistance with this issue.
