After the latest November Update 2017 of the Uplay PC client, my Antivirus Quick Heal total Security shows it contain two virus infected files and Uplay PC client is not opening any more and every time I am trying to open it, it shows to try again.

uplayexe and uplay service are the infected files.

This is the first my antivirus has found any virus in Uplay PC client and in other Ubisoft products.

Kindly look into the matter as early as possible.

first:

1) What antivírus are you using?

Some "antivírus" can cause some false report, for example: Uplay acess a lot of dll's, server conexion, p2p. This might be the cause.

The anti vírus work basically 'scanning' everything running on the memory.
My 10 cents: You dont need a anti vírus, just use safe programs. Never install "optimization programs", small company softwares. Backup ur files (documents and importante stuff every month).

And the best: Format your computer when it starts to become slow, i do it every 3 months :), if you are using Windows go to 10....
