Hello,

after about 11 hours of playtime without any problems my game crashed while I was running around in a city (it was Letopolis in Sapi-Res Nome). I started the game again, tried to load up the save game and directly after the loading screen the game crashed instantly. This now happens every time and the save game shows "In Menus" as Location/Activity. Other (new) save games load and work.
Is there something I can do about this problem? If there isn't, should I wait until a certain patch or just give up on a solution and start a new game?

My System:

Operating System: Windows 10 Home 64-bit (10.0, Build 15063) (15063.rs2_release.170317-1834)
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 3GB
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700 CPU @ 3.60GHz (8 CPUs), ~3.6GHz
Memory: 16384MB RAM
DirectX Version: DirectX 12

A video if you want to see when exactly the crash happens:

Thanks in advance.

Hi there.
I'm sorry to hear about your save issue. I recommend verifying your game files (Depending if you purchased the game through Steam (https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=2037-QEUH-3335) or Uplay (https://support.ubi.com/en-US/faqs/000019000/Install-Uninstall-Verify-A-Game-in-Uplay/)). You can also try these steps relating to PC crash issue (https://support.ubi.com/en-US/faqs/000025513/General-PC-Troubleshooting)s.
If none of that helps, would you mind submitting a support ticket with a small description of the issue and what you have already tried? Please also attach a Dxdiag and MSINFO— these files will help us locate what could be causing the issue. You can find instructions on how to create and submit these files on our support site here (https://support.ubi.com/en-US/Faqs/Details/kA030000000emSbCAI?name=how-to-submit-dxdiag-and-msinfo-files). Thanks!
