My 3 APs appears to be missing for some reason.

Did you redeem your code for these items? If so you can claim these in game.

In the menu screen go to store and from there you can select the items and click 'Get' and these should become available in game.

I was looking through the store yesterday on PC and I didn't find anything like this, I'll check again later however.

For me I bought it straight from your store, digital deluxe edition.

I also purchased the dawn of the creed ce from the store and am missing the 3 ability points and 500 helix credits.

I'm also missing the 3 ability points and 500 Helix Credits. Gold edition preordered directly from uPlay and preloaded. My other deluxe edition items are there including the Calamity Blade and The Fang weapon but no AP or Helix credits.

Same here. Next game with a painful launch ... I was really looking forward to the weekend but now this. Dialogue and some background sounds are broken for me, items missing. That's it for me. Last time I pre-ordered anything.

I guess that's how games work in 2017. Honestly, do you even have QA? "games as a service" more like "games as a cashcow". Sound is broken but I guess buying "Helix Credits" is working just fine.

I have the same issue. I got the weapons from the season pack, but the 500 helix points and the 3 AP from the deluxe pack are missing.

I'm also missing my 3 Ability Points and 500 Helix credits. I pre-ordered the Gold edition from the uPlay store and pre-installed as soon as it was available. I have everything else (including the Calamity Blade and The Fang). I hope they fix this soon.

I'd like to compliment UBI on this one, great game, no technical issues or bugs so far (20 hours of gameplay, level 22 by now)

I'm gonna join the chorus and say that the same happened with me. Preordered Gold on Uplay. I have the outfits and weapon and mount but don't have the 3 AP and 500 Helix Credits.

For what it's worth, I never got a reply to my support ticket so I tried using support chat. The rep asked me to provide a copy of my receipt for the game and then said he'd open a new ticket to get the ability points and helix credits added to my account. It took about 12 hours but I just got an e-mail from their support system saying that the missing items had been added to my account. I logged in a couple of minutes ago to check and now I have both the 3 ability points and the 500 helix credits. I'm not sure why this seems to only be getting addressed on an individual basis since it seems like a number of people are impacted by it but nevertheless, I was able to get it resolved via chat so if you're still missing items, it seems like that's the fastest way to get the issue resolved at this time.

I'm in the same boat as most people here and never got the Helix points or the ability points (preordered Gold Edition from Uplay).

Spoke to an advisor this morning via chat and he has sorted my issue of missing helix an ability points very quickly

Hello guys, i have same problem i actually make a ticket 30.10.2017 (in my region you can only make a ticket there is no option of live chat...) anyway the support guy told me as we see to proove i own the game and a content. so i immiedly send back and no response! 10 days after release and this is happening ! I was angry and wrote another ticket to remind myself you know maybe they miss my ticket or something. NOPE they just delete my second ticket withou saying a word. !!!
So guys this is my experience with customer support !
