Good stuff:
Nice skeleton models.
Nice emotes, effects and stuff.
The music is awesome.
Any special event is a good thing, it breaks the monotony of playing the same game modes over and over again.

The bad stuff:
I've noticed some pretty glaring issues. I am hesitant to call them cheats, but rather bugs or glitches as they don't seem consistant enough to be called cheats.
Things like people who get wall-splatted and are instantly able to evade or pary the punish-attack. I've had heavy attacks bounce of my Conq-shield but the guy still escape my GBs. I have parried people who just kept going with their combo. More often than not the activation of revenge doesn't seem to knock down attacking players. While on the subject of revenge, I've been pushed during the activation by the Shinobi's kick. I have both experienced myself and seen on several occations different rush-attacks miss, not trigger or veer clearly off-target.
This is just what I can remember of the top of my head. I don't know what to say about it, but it can't be by design.
