I'm thinking of getting a speaker stand for my joystick to sit on in front of my chair - and since speaker stands come in pairs I'll probably use the other one for my future CH Pro Throttle - I just want to know from those who have it what the approx. size of the base of the throttle is -

The stand is 5x5.

Thanks.

Awesome! Thanks Buzz -

Do you think a 20" speaker stand with a 5x5 base will be sturdy enough to hold up the CH Pro Throttle? The steel tube for the stand can be filled with sand for more durability - but I'm not too sure if it will work - what do you think?

Sounds ok. The CH throttle moves very easy. It moves straight back and forth, which I like better than the arc some of them use.

They should work if they're heavy enough.
