Which offer something different from IL 2 FB?

I have been away for a while? Aces Expansion seem to have some cool planes but is that just about all it got?

Are there any good comparisons between the BOE/BOB and Aces expansion?

Is there any packages with all these included?

you should definitively get AEP, since it gives you some great new planes and some new campaigns. by using lowengrin's DCG you then can fly dynamic campaigns for ALL the planes which you get with FB:AEP. also all coming patches will base on version 2.0 (AEP) so it is a must. i think it is fully worth the 30$ because of its content alone, let alone the fantastic support with all patches, new aircraft, maps etc. etc.

I'd start with DCG from Lowengrin (http://www.lowengrin.com/news.php) or UberDemon's UberQuick Mission Generator (link in the Sturmovik Essentials thread stickied near the top of the forum). Other links in that thread are also good value.

Hang in there buddy, Pacific Fighters is round the corner adding a whole new dimension.

and I have asked Santa for a North Africa addon as well. (as i've been a good boy and tidied my room in between flying)
