Digital Purchase? Cartridge Languages?

If I purchase Mario+Rabbids Kingdom Battle on the Nintendo eshop, will I receive the Pixel Pack? I really want to get the Pack, but I want to purchase the game digitally so I have it with me where ever I go.

Since I am unable to pre-order the game digitally, I'm wondering if it's possible to get the code through other means?

Also what languages will each regions cartridge support?
