View Full Version : I can't play multiplayer anymore?!

so, I have had only relative minor problems (occasional DCs) with multiplayer since I bought it a few months ago. I have green NAT all the time. Now, for 2 days already I went from green NAT to a big RED UNKNOWN.
Logging in Uplay fails more often than not with "connection lost". When i can log into game, it's impossible to play, even in custom maps or matchmaking off.
All my other online only games work perfectly fine.
Great time for a screw up. right on Saturday.From the look of it, I am gonna miss orders and contracts twice in a row.
So I don't think anything wrong on my end.
Dooes Ubi take weekend off and noone keep an eye on the working of things?
I miss AC multiplayer, when it's screwed up big time, i can still play wolfpack solo.

Hello! You may need to re-forward your ports, or check if any of your security settings changed as that could have caused this.
Another possibility is a system update which can sometimes mess with things.

The best solution would be to report your NAT problem with us at support (https://support.ubi.com/en-us/Games/4315) so we can either help you regain your usual Green NAT, or let the devs know that there's a potential PC/uplay NAT issue so we can work on getting that fixed.
