We cant force some players to upgrade to a better Net, so why dont add a network quality check, For Honor is the only game that dont have a network quality check before a match, this is a serious problem in countrys with not so good internet (or good ones with people that dont know how to manage his net)
Tekken 7 has a network quality filter, players can only get matched vs green (5 bars) or yellow players (3-4), never red (less than 3 bars) this is a option to the player, if he wants he can get matched vs all the players or only the ones that have that type of connection.
Injustice has a accept - decline function before a match that shows you a window with the net of the other player, you can accept a game based on this (dont show elo or things like that)
And the extreme fix is the blacklist, add something that can help us vs the abuse of red players that pick fast characters with fast grabs (mostly pk) to do teleporting grabs and lights.....
This is a must for ranked 1vs1 modes (top priority quality net between the players in these matches) then you could add a option based filter for 1vs1 and 2vs2, 4vs4+ modes will have servers so thats a natural fix for lagged players (since they shouldnt be able to play with servers)
