The concrete Bunkers should be deleted from the object list.
Since getting anything to work with them is almost impossable.

This would be a nice thing to fix in one of the upgrades.

I agree that it would be nice to have bunkers that actually work. But I can't follow your reasoning. What exactly would be the profit of deleting them?

Currently you have some bunkers to look at. If you delete them you don't. So what?

You know now that it's not possible to place artillery inside bunkers and make it fire. Just live with it. I wouldn't even expect a fix. It's not a new phenomenon; it's always been that way with the camo nets that make your plane explode when you try to taxi under them. It's an immersion killer, but it has never been fixed since IL-2 was published.

Was a little teed off spending time trying to make them work. Wasted a good 2 and half hours playing with The Bunkers.

They do work some times... . Under the right conditions.

Sorta like the bunkers, it makes finding the target alittle easier from the air.
But if the guns don't fire in them it is just a waste of time.

If bunkers don't do what you want them to do, don't use them. Other people like me like them because they are useful, for instance in making a dock, because I use the largest one to 'end' the object I use for the seawall, otherwise the object is 2-D with open ends, floating in space.

I can't agree that deleting them from the list because they can't simulate the ground battle you personally are looking for is something that I want to see. Don't like 'em? Don't use 'em.

Instead of arguing: use them, don't use them. Let's make constructive comments and find out if it's important.

It's good it's brought up (for a second time me thinks) to ORR so Oleg's team might consider fixing it. http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/images/smiley/16x16_smiley-happy.gif

good idea. I for one think working bunkers would be awesome! I'm not really sure of the coding or recoding that would be needed to make them hold guns and whatnot, but hey it's a start.

Sounds like a grand idea to me, Prof, that's why I gave uses for them other than infantry defenses in my post.

But I can't agree that it could ever be considered 'important' to actually remove an object from the Full Mission Builder. I don't think we have enough objects. I want rivers and roads, and train tracks. I'd much rather see too many objects than not enough.
