Agents, incoming State of the Game transmission:

During the last State of the Game (https://tomclancy-thedivision.ubisoft.com/game/en-us/news/152-296188-16/state-of-the-game-july-13th-2017), Community Developer Yannick Banchereau addressed ongoing issues with console PTS invites. Despite players fulfilling eligibility requirements, unforeseen circumstances prevented console players from entering the public test servers.

This week, Yannick was joined by Lead Designer Keith Evans from Red Storm Entertainment to discuss PTS3 changes and updates.

If you weren't able to catch the stream on Twitch, make sure to check out the VoD (https://www.twitch.tv/videos/160607158).

The current PTS3 PC build is targeted for console release on Tuesday, 25/7. However, the console PTS3 build specifically will feature an additional change: SASG shotgun bullet spread increase. Players can expect the current RPM cap, Classified Striker changes, as well as Classified Lonestar changes already deployed on PC to come to console.

We realize that the PTS invite process has been very complicated and will re-evaluate the process for 1.8 testing. There is also additional invite criteria players need to be aware of: players have to be at least 18, as well as be opted in to receive emails from Ubisoft by checking a check box in their Account Settings. Players who believed they were eligible could not be invited unless that box was ticked. If you believe you still qualify for a PTS invite with this additional criteria, please contact Support.

There has been tons of PTS feedback, and we are listening. Keep in mind that changes to the PTS come and go based on player feedback, so keep the feedback coming, Agents!

Based on this feedback, two items will now be dropped from Global Event caches, with an additional chance for a bonus item. There is now above a 50% chance (changed from the previous 30% chance) to receive Classified gear items, while the Exotic drop rate remains unchanged. Prices for GE caches will stay at 1500, but the amount of GE tokens earned from end-game content will be increased. The team is also increasing the GE token cap from 5500 to 10,000 to prolong gameplay sessions. In addition, placement on GE leaderboards will guarantee Classified items to players.

Remember that these changes will not be integrated with PTS3 but rather will be implemented with the release of Update 1.7.

We are keeping an eye out on the generosity of Classified gear. As of now, PTS3 is scheduled to be the final testing phase before the live update, but we are keeping console PTS3 feedback in mind before making a decision on a potential PTS4. We want to focus on making the final build as stable as possible for our community, and we value the constant player feedback throughout these phases.

As always, be sure to join us over on the Official Forums (http://forums.ubi.com/forumdisplay.php/498) or on the community Reddit (https://www.reddit.com/r/thedivision/) if you’re looking for a place to discuss all things related to The Division.

Until next time!

That blows alot 10,000 what the F word was the point of having season pass mad unnecessary money spent this is why true players leave the game rules criterias all a load of b.s man if people paid for the game let alone season pass then why can't we participate in the pt3 forget a invite just open the doors
