View Full Version : Ubisoft, fix this friggin' game or give it someone else already!

For three days now I have not been able to finish ONE friggin' game. I am dead serious. After 3 disconnections in a row I typically call it quits, but yesterday I decided to see just how far I could push it before I am seconds away from smashing a wall down... and low and behold I counted 7 error messages in a row. I could only record 6 of them due to time restrictions but I have the video down here to prove it.

1st disconnection - 0:03
2nd disconnection - 3:33
3rd disconnection - 4:19
4th disconnection - 10:26
5th disconnection - 11:06
6th disconnection - 14:00

What is it going to take Ubisoft? Do I have to shave my head and beg on my knees? Do I have to sacrifice my firstborn to you? Do I have to deliver a magical Lima Bean to a filthy old wizard on Uranus?

Since launch day ALL of us have been telling you to fix the horrendous connection problem with this game, even people with the knowledge on exactly HOW to fix the problem have spoken out... and still the problem persists.

I must admit I've been a childish A-hole in the past and have thrown insults and threats on this forum, and since then I have learned that that solves nothing and it just makes me look like an idiot... but since it is clear that you either don't know how to fix the problem, or worse, you simply don't care, I will stand by one thing that I have said in the past if the ladder holds to be true: The way you treat us is INSULTING.

I'm saying it, despite all my hate moments and rage quits, I love this game to death. So I would hate to see it fade away into nothingness, I prostrate myself before you in complete humility and beseech you...fix the connection problem or give it someone else already! Release us from this hell! PLEASE!!!

So I took a look and most of the error messages are likely from either - you were in queue and either it was taking too long and it kicked you with an error, or there was a matchmaking error (all the errors you got while in queue) or network latency (https://support.ubi.com/en-US/faqs/000026682/Error-Code-6000137-FH-PC-XB1-PS4) errors - all those 6000137 bugs when you're in the middle of a fight.

It seems like you have yellow NAT - and if you're having so many problems, it might just help to alleviate the errors if you try to go for a green NAT (connectivity guide here (https://support.ubi.com/en-us/faqs/000026171/PlayStation-4-Connection-Issues-FH-PS4/)). You can also reach out to support (https://support.ubi.com/en-us/Games/4315) if you'd like someone to walk you through the process. Hope that helps a bit.
