View Full Version : unknow NAT problem

since the last patch, I cant play the game, I enter the game NAT it's green, but 2 minutes later my NAT switches to Unknow NAT type and then I'm sent back to the tittle screen, I never had this problem before, just after this patch 1.09 that this is happenging

That seems really strange. Is it happening on PS4, Xbox One or PC? Depending on the platform you may want to try the following connectivity troubleshooting steps

it's on PC, already did all these steps and still the same thing, already tried to contact support but they said the same thing about these steps, I really don't know what to do anymore, never had this problem before, my NAT was always green, but now I'm having this problem :(

Since you've already raised a ticket, can you private message me the ticket number so i can see if we can do anything else or if there is any new news?

Take it you must be a new mod....this is a reoccurring issue that happens after your maintenance. It's not the first time nor will it be the last. And guess what....EACH TIME its been a problem with Ubisoft end.

Would be really nice if mods were actually aware of issues that go back 5 months
