I posted yesterday about changing planes, I got a good response to my questions from the forum so thanks for that.

I changed to the Soviets and tried the MIG 3, this plane rocks!
I was getting sick of the BF109, as a newbie, once i get something in my sights i want to chew it up!

This plane is ace, fb has really amazed me today, so much action. Any other recommendations for the 1942era? I really want a good plane and primarily powerful guns. which guns are the most powerful?

ta guys (and girls)

The 6x.50's on the P-40 can chew things up pretty well. I have to say the Fw-190 has the best firepower for a 1942 fighter with 4 20mm cannons and 2 13(or is it 7.62?)mm mg's.

Try the MiG AM~38 version at low level, much much faster. MiG~3U version is by far the fastest at high level.
