Sure has been 'hit and miss' today./i/smilies/16x16_smiley-wink.gif

When, if ever, has Ubi done any archiving of old posts?

I wonder sometimes why everybody expects Ubi to produce a flawless sim product when they can't even make a website work properly.

And then some geek in another forum, evidently with a perfectly straight face, denounced the people who are using the bootleg Beta patch as "showing no respect for Ubi"! Yeah, right...my total lack of respect for Ubi goes back long before I got the Beta. Although the ballocks they've made of the website is well down the list of reasons.

(Hell, yes, I got it and I'm enjoying it, even if they did manage to pork the sound even worse than ever. Didn't you?)

I keep getting this as well now.

It's taken half an hour and many attempts to get one page of the forum to load fully./i/smilies/16x16_smiley-sad.gif

Sarcasm? Surely not!
I say ban him!! And off with his head! (no, not that head...)

Ye Jacobites by name, lend an ear, give an ear!
Ye Jacobites by name, lend an ear,
Ye Jacobites by name,
Your fautes I will proclaim,
Your doctrines I maun blame, you shall hear!
2. What is Right, and what is wrang, by the law, by the law?
What is Right, and what is Wrang, by the law?
What is Right, and what is Wrang?
A short sword and a lang,
A weak arm and a strang, for to draw!
3. What makes heroic strife, famed afar, famed afar?
What makes heroic strife famed afar?
What makes heroic strife ?
To whet th' assassin's knife,
Or hunt a Parent's life, wi' bluidy war?
4. Then let your schemes alone, in the State, in the State!
Then let your schemes alone, in the State!
Then let your schemes alone,
Adore the rising sun,
And leave a man undone, to his fate!
