the only good part of that article was the four headed yamguchi guy.

well, sounds interesting, but i think theres a problem:

game developers wont want to go too far out of their way to make games that support two screen play.

as you know, a lot of the GBA games are just smaller 2-D versions of big games (ie, POP, SC, THUG etc.,) so chances are, for games like that, one screen will be the regular game, and the other screen will be a map.

i think the idea is cool, i mean u can put 2 camera angles on games and look at both without pausing and changing, i magine gta vc with 2 camera angle at the same time on 2 screens, i think it'd b pretty helpful, but who knows how it's gonna b used

hey seem to think there is a huge market for portable gaming

Nintendo all but owns the market for portable gaming. That's no suprise.

I'm not a big fan of it myself. I like games that look good. The extent of my portable gaming at the moment is Solitare on my iPAQ. The farthest I'd go if I could is a gaming laptop.

like one of those sweet alienware gaming laptops? those are insane

but yeah nintendo has the market, and has for a long time...

others have tired, Sega, and Neogeo, and even Nokia's pathitic attempt of combining a crapy phone with an even crapier gaming system.... but none can defeat the gameboy

and i gotta say that GBA SP is awesome, they basically fixed all the problems with gameboy, now it's small, backlit, and a rechargeable battery... it's near perfect, oh and thousands of games
