I like the effort you put into this, but the numbers dont turn out to be true in Real life because your calculations are based on incomplete assumptions of crits. Other than you state in your AR video they are NOT random. They occur when you hit a stunned/incapacitated target. A target gets stunned when you shoot at it. You can see it once you shoot a target, its unable to move or shoot for a short period of time. So basically, fast follow up shots are allways crits. This HEAVILY favors weapons with high ROF. Thats also why the vector is much better than it appears in your calculations, because with its very low spread and high ROF it can basically land all crits after the first bullet and thus requires less bullets=time to kill.

For the very same reason the m4 is BY FAR the best AR ingame


As for semi auto snipers its matter of preference between mk14 and sr-25. While the Sr-25 can twoshot any enemy, including heavies, and oneshot any target without vest, the mk14 can down any target with 3burst mode. Personally i go with the sr-25 because its more reliable to hit two shots with it on long range compared to the mk14 burst, and in closer range where the burst of the mk14 would provide the slightly faster ttk, i just use my secondary (m4)
The other semi auto snipers are completely out of competition since they all require 4 shots for anything wearing a vest just like the mk14, however they lack the burst option to reliably land crits.

I take this opportunity to again complain about this fckn inconsitency where the sr-25 deals twice as much damage as any other DMR despite them all using the same cartridge. RIP G28/Dragunov. GG ubisoft.
