I use Grado SR-80 headphones, and a Headroom Little Version headphone amplifier. The best audio gear I've ever owned, bar none.

I bought it all together at this store:

Hi,
I'm using the MS GameVoice. It's ok and the mic is great. Together with Teamspeak no drivers is needed loading up stuff in the bakground and the "puck" can be programmed to different channels.
