Hello Ubisoft I am playing AC2 and I am doing as actions that the game asks for this release xp and uplay points but they are not counting the actions I complete them but they do not account what was done to know what I can do to solve this already thank you.

Olá Ubisoft estou jogando AC2 e estou fazendo as ações que o jogo pede para esta liberando xp e uplay points porem não estão contando essas ações eu completo elas porem não conta que foi feito queria saber o que posso estar fazendo para resolver isso desde já agradeço.

1. Go to this link: https://support.ubi.com/en-US
2. I don't know if you're from US or EU. This link is for US users. If you're not from US you'll be asked to change it to your region. It's simple, shouldn't be a problem.
3. Then scroll down to the bottom and you'll see: Contact Costumer Support (press it).
4. At this point like i said you should be asked to change your region if you're not from US.
5. Choose "Email"
6. Choose your Platform, Game and select category "Technical Issues" (not sure, but i think for your problem this is the right one)
7. Fill in both fields about the problem with the game.
8. At the bottom you'll see "add files". I recommend you to make a screenshot "in-game" of your "DNA Sequences" how much you've completed of the game. So UBI can see that you've passed the point where you should've received your rewards. Maybe you can add a screenshot of your Uplay rewards to show that they've not unlocked. (I think they can see that, but just in case)
9. Submit My Case. (scroll down)
10. Done!
