unable to transfer to earth

I'm on android 7.0.3
game version 1.2.0
connection to ubisoft is fine however when you click on transfer its not doing anything just get the blue swirling circle and that's where it sticks
no time out message or anything.

cleared all cache and data
reinstalled game
still nothing.

I was about to post about this same problem, purchased Anno 2205 Ultimate in the sale, downloaded the app, full resources but I cannot transfer them due to the blue spinning circle.
I have to shutdown the game from inside the apps section on my phone.

Yup same problem here, it just isn't working the past few days.
