I have a Logitech 3D Extreme joystick and I want to know what are the best settings for it in IL2.I am flying Me-109 and FW-190 and no matter how gently i pull the stick I am going into a stall.I use the default settings for joystick in IL2.
If you know the best settings for this type of stick please advise me to make my flyght easely.

I tried that stick and the logitech wingman2.
Both were dreadful for FB. If you can, try to borrow another joystick (Eg. saitek cyborg 3d gold) and try it out. I improved my aim and flying by 100% just by taking the logitechs back to the shop.
The fact that you need to tweak the profile so much is a give-away. Also, I bet your raw data (the little red square in the FB hota set-up screen) doesn't move smoothly or moves in slightly different direction from the one your are moving the stick. If so, dump that stick!

I've had logitech sticks before and didn't like them, I like my sidewinder, and had a CH fighterstick that was game port that was good. logitech steering wheel is good though.

The lowly Saitek Cyborg 3d Gold is waaaaay smoother than that LOgitech. I had several Logtechs and didn't know how smooth things could be till I switched to the Saitek. THe rudder pots wore out really fast in the Logitech as well (twitchy rudders) which drove me nearly insane.
