Has anyone else not received their Collector's Case? I've been through the live chat shenanigans and after a week and a half the answer was, "looks like the manufacturer is just backed up and sending them out in waves." Did anyone get a tracking number or anything when their's shipped?

I ordered mine on PC so while I have the game digitally the actual case is nowhere to be seen and was checking to see if I'm not the only one.

Hi Th3Hound - definitely sounds like you should contact support and open a ticket to have them check on your order. You can contact shop support (https://support.ubi.com/en-US/Shop) or regular support (https://support.ubi.com/en-us/Games/4315) (I'd recommend shop support in this case).
