Do you see them often utilized? Because i hardly see anything from the assassin and valk that i face.

Its not worth it , Parry gives you a free heavy or GB on most characters and is somehow easier to use . At least on orochi his dmg from light unblocable is not worth mentioning and heavy is almost impossible to use . And if i remember correctly it gives you only dmg worth of 1/2 of HP bar more than heavy attk

When I play my PK, I don't use deflects.

I parry. Its a universal technique, that you use with every character. You know the timings anf the free GB + stab is very nice. It is far better, than the side step bleeding.

The orochi could make use of it and was designed around that idea. In the current version, it is too unreliable to deflect and the possible punishment makes it barely useful.

Deflect isnt being used because its really not worth it.

I did some testing in the last beta, and it took:
---11 light attacks to kill the training bot.
---10 deflects to kill the bot.

Huge risk and very small window for not much reward. Itll be a tough one to balance so its not OP, but I think its a tad useless atm. Coming from a warden player.
