If you are missing your content from the season pass or deluxe edition do the following:

Submit a claim to Ubisoft Support with a picture of your purchase receipt and the screens on your tv of the missing content (such as missing champion status or elite outfits).

Start a chat session. You will be placed in a long line, but when you finally chat with a representative they will instantly fix your account. Start or restart your game and you will have all of your content.

No need to go back and forth with anyone about how messed up the release was or all the other complaints. This thread is simply stating how to get your content.
