View Full Version : Ubisoft fixed my problem with gold purchase.

So I bought the gold edition at Target on release day. I installed the game and the season pass, but when logging onto the game not 1 perk was there, and my Xbox said I installed the season pass. I put a ticket in on Wednesday about the problem, and after some research I saw I wasn't the only one with this problem. I waited a few days to see if they would respond but nothing....So today I started a live chat and they told me that I needed prove of receipt. After being unable to find it I decided to go back to target to get another print out. After receiving home and opening another ticket, they told me that Target was an unauthorized seller of the game and they wouldn't refund my account the perks. So I lawyered them . Check it Out,


Hope this can help people who also have the same Issue. Time to go play and catch up with everyone else.
