I called Microsoft at 800-4-MYXBOX and selected games customer service. They tech informed my the deluxe edition had not been unlocked yet and also confirmed the publisher, Ubisoft, had not told them when it was going to be release. I asked for a full refund and they did it for me. I then purchased the standard edition. Due note, that refunding it you may have to wait 24-72 hours if you did not use microsoft points/cash card or whatever they call it now. Hope this helps you all.

Or could have waited a few more days till Ubisoft corrects the problem and gives everyone the unlockables. Either way would work.

Issues with deluxe edition contents are being investigated. No additional updates at the moment, but once some new info becomes available, we'll post it here for everyone.

some info like this from the beginning would have been nice, instead nothing, but too late now whats done is done :)
