So, i cant play/preload game, beacause after code redeem nothing happen and your customer support dont answer. Nice.

Please bear in mind that it is release day and support has a mountain of tickets to deal with so response times will be slow. Have you tried contacting support over live chat or through FB (https://www.facebook.com/UbisoftSupport)/twitter (https://twitter.com/UbisoftSupport)? You might receive a better response there. Also if 24 hours has passed and you still haven't gotten a response feel free to PM me your ticket # and I'll see what I can do to help!

I understand that you're busy, but i pay lot of money for nothing and nobody answering.And in my country is always a problem of non-delivery on first place :confused:
It seems that the next time I invest the money elsewhere.

Dont expect them to help or answer.
They ignore global problems like connectivity issues for majority of players also. But i dont know what else we expected from Ubisoft- 1 day i hope we will learn to not buy their games.

I already canceled preorder of wildlands and south park. At least till they learn how to solve major problems

Hmm you can report that Ubisoft post by click the triangle at the bottom left of its post. maybe you can report it for lies lol. Sucks that you can play :(. But right now the game has a toss up between fun and frustrating.
