Here's a small video showing an exceptionally cowardly Nobushi who spends just about an entire round of Elimination running away from me.

This gave me a good laugh though!

Is this what they're referring to with the Nobushi's versitile retreat? That's hilarious

so ridiculous that its even possible

wow, he may be cowardly but sure is a strategist XD may be they should put a stamina penalty for sprinting

I thought this may have been me considering I play the Nobushi character and come in and out of exchanges. This was next level though.

That is exactly why I use sprint armor.

Best video to show people how argue that LITERALLY RUNNING FOREVER is part of the game...

Retreating to ally is OK... This is game breaking...

This is the reason why people are screaming for a partial stamina loss while running!
omg, there is nothing more hateful then a cowardly running Nobushi and Peacekeeper :D

and THIS is why we need a stamina bar for sprinting. which slows you to the speed of a turtle if you overdo it.

Look at 'the division' and how free, endless sprinting made the game horrible.

Then, learn from it and don't repeat the mistake.

There is the sprint power up. It's there for a reason...

but yeah, I see you're point. I had a very similar experience in elimination.

Seemed like my opponent would fight me round one and I'd straight murder face. Then the rest of the rounds I'd be chasing my opponent around the map instead of fighting.

You have to remember that balance was centered around dominion. And defenders were made slow but tanky to hold capture points.

To certain extent, you have to give your opponents reason to fight you too.

If you are clearly the better player and you have all the power-ups, you can't blame them for running.

If you leave yourself low enough hp to give them a chance, you might just bait them in.
