is there a way to pull the B-17 and Spitfire from inside the AEP or from any of the patches that were released and upload it to a server so i can download it from there.

To my knowlege there is no way this can be done. You get the B-17 by downloading the the most recent patches/upgrades for FB however.

Or you buy the AEP.
See, this isn't a freakin' CFS here, where everybody can throw in as many planes as he wants.
