View Full Version : My ticket is not treated by Ubisoft - what use is my money for ?

Hi Ubisoft

I use the forums to try to join you because I am desperate, there is no way to have you contact me but attacking you in the forums.

My ticket number 04019678 is open for more than 2 weeks now and all I got was a standard procedure to refresh my computer which sadly did not work. I answered to the customer service on Dec 30th and since then, nothing happened...

I played Steep from Dec 2nd, I enjoyed 15 hours of awesomeness and on Dec 22nd, the patch loaded automatically and since then I CANNOT LAUCNH THE GAME.

Please do something or reimburse me.
