View Full Version : I signed up for the wrong platform for the beta

I registered for the beta back when the sign ups were first announced, on PS4. I've since moved over to Xbox One. How can I change the platform I'm registered for? Haven't had anything back from support for 5 days now and need an answer, as the beta's coming out this month.

Hi Playlisting!

You might want to try contacting support (http://support.ubi.com) to ask them to change your account registration details. I can't guarantee that they'll be able to change it for you but it's worth a shot. Sorry I can't be of more help!
