Besides the CW-21 Demon, Buffalo and the Martin bomber they also fielded Dornier Do-24-K seaplanes.

The Dutch, later kept on fighting under Australian command (mostly B25-Mitchells), and also contributed ships and airplanes to the war.

Beyond the release of PF the Dutch could make a small but intresting never before explored addition (In flightsims at least) to PF like the Romanians, Slovaks, and Finnish people where to FB (I still miss Croatians and Italians).

The Dutch were the fourth power in the war against Japan. It was a Dutch admiral which lead the allied fleet during the battle of the Java sea. Also it was the indonesian oil more than anything that served as a magnet on Japan, especially since the Americans started an embargo.

The Dutch Dornier D0-24K X-boats were always amongst my favorite types. I have full data on their flight performance (from the Dornier archive). So if we can get Luthier to accept the type, and some guys to model the art, we have the full FM.

There is a Dornier at the Dutch AF museum, so if there are serious takers, I can go there and ask permission for a "photo study".

The rest of the Dutch planes are already there

Mod. 339 (in the making if I understand Luthier)
Hawk 75 (adoption from AEP - maybe flyable?)
Hurri MkIIb (FB)

PBY
P-40
B-25
Spits (?)

Only few gaps left.

We have the NEIAF covered for the duration. Would be nice if we could create a full "dutch campaign" with markings, units and voice pack.

I'm game!

I am currently modeling the CW-21B together with Gibbage (cockpit + external). If there is ANYONE with reference on this plane that cannot be found on the internet, please email me at jmwilschut(at)tiscali.nl
