I've been having serious stuttering and frame rate issues, more so in cutcenes but also during gameplay. cutscene audio also is going way ahead of the lagging video and its making it amost impossible to play. my specs are below

CPU: i3 3.30GHz
RAM: 8GB
GPU: GTX 650ti
OS: windows 10

i can run AC2, revelations and 3 perfectly fine but brotherhood is running terribly and nothing i do is working i have;

-run in complatibility mode for xp (SP3)
-given admin privileges
-lowered resolution and graphics options

has anyone else experienced this or know of a fix?

thanks

Hi and welcome inxplicit1
you don't need to lower resolution or graphic details as your system is more than good enough :)

I can only suggest these
you should verify your game files
you should turn off uplay overlay in uplay settings.
If you have the awful geforce experience installed... turn off share functionality and shadow play

Find the AC3SP.exe file and right-click, properties and deselect "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings"

What I think is always contact the Technical team in Uplay say Your Specs and I know they will be happy to help You and say perfect settings for Your given specs.
