1. AC2 Last sequence oké MUHAHAHA FIRST
2. AC Brotherhood: Spain sequence
3. AC4: Blag Beards death mission was so well done in story and gameplay
4. AC1: Killing the man who poissened everyone at a party and used archers to finish them all of and than getting doubt what you did was awesome. (it was the first time also I saw a AC story mission to it was one of the first things I saw on Youtube no joke)

5. AC Brotherhood: Fight for Villa Auditore.
6. AC Brotherhood: Opening sequences one of the best openings ever IMHO.
7. AC3: Connor and Haytham missions (I always thought it was funny if you compare it to Desmond and his father who were fighting through the hole game. Connor and Haythams ending could've been them) there interactions are great and Haytham enjoys in some way what he does while Connor questions this.
8. AC1 Fighting Al Mualin: I loved fighting my Mentor.
9. AC3 Abstergo mission: While it is a totally bad designed, horrible written, rushed and more terrible things for a mission... Going back there and kick them was awesome!

Every md missions from ac ii to ac iii, including those of those games, the mission where Connor kill Haytam and the mission where Connor pursue Charles Lee to that being-construct-flamming ship along with that video.

My favourite missions would be:

1. AC4 - Stealing the Jackdaw mission
2. AC4 - Black Bart's death
3. AC3 TOKW - That mission where you protect the village from Washington's men
4. AC4 - The one in Charlestown
5. AC3 TOKW - The pyramid mission

I have played other AC games, but AC4 has the most memorable missions imo.

In no particular order, some of the most memorable to me
ACR - Ezio dressed as a minstrel whilst singing
AC2 - Flying over Venice
AC3 - Chasing Charles Lee
AC4 Freedom Cry - Exploring the Jackdaw's shipwreck (if that counts as a mission)
ACB - The mission in which Cesare lovingly feeds his father an apple

And just to be a hipster, I'll add one from Unity - Rise of the Assassin
It truly felt awesome as that music kicked in whilst preying on La Touche
