ı've done every steps of "connectivty issues in rainbow six siege" topic. Nothing changed. NAT is open but data center is WEU (-1ms). I don't have static ip. is it caused by not having Static IP? I called my ISP and they said ports are opened. can you guys help me pls :(

I've done port thing. But if i have to stabilize my IP I have to subscribe for it and my ISP selling it for extra 1$ per month. I'm not poor but i don't get it why my game giving this problem. I was playing it since aprill. What was changed ? Also making your IP static is not very safe. Can't just this game stabil like CS:GO. I mean we paid for this!
