If the fact that it was almost instantly pulled off the front page wasn't a clue, the 1.1 'final' patch was *NOT* the correct patch.
The real 'Final' patch is not yet finished.

Who's mistake, doesn't matter. All that matters is that 1C is still making tweaks and fixes. Things such as the Kurfurst rudder will be fixed--we won't be stuck with them permanently.
Do not despair, for there is yet more patching goodness to come!
Stenciled on the side of my Dora:
"Lasst das Höllentor öffen, es friert hier oben!"
("Leave the gates to Hell open, it's FREEZING up here!")
