I purchased this on Steam today and saw there was an issue with missing keys and the fix was to stop and restart Steam and Uplay. I did this (I even reinstalled uplay and CoA) and Uplay is still asking me for a key. I'm not sure what to do and the developer of CoA on Steam told me to post here.

try starting steam as administrator, this fixed the problem for some people :)
