Some of these units could have been alternatives from different factions. I mean the mechanics are already implemented with the champion unit, so why not make use of it. Also you could have created sub factions, wich you could use in campaign (i mean you made these stories in SC with all these Haven factions fighting eachother, how cool would it be to actually have all of these factions and see that they are different enoough from eachother. That they use different tactics depending on what troops they have).

My though exactly. It doesn't remind me of the Kraken. But, how cares? Cthulhu is way cooler.:D

True and i hope he has some sort of mind r*ping abilities :P
But since it's a Kraken, it probably has something that has to do with water or with his tantacles. Maybe grabbing or holding units in place? Like the treant?

Thanks for the interesting news!
I liked the new neutral creatures, nice artwork but most of all I was pleased these the Arcane Archer and Black Guard.
I want to know the mystical ability of these new warriors.
I hope that the new neutral creatures will be more in the future.
I'd like to see a additional official Phoenixes :D

Thank you for sharing! I was particularly pleased about the "kraken"... Hopefully it's a "elite creature": Hard to kill with a lot of special skills like regeneration, poison or adjacent attack...

I wonder when we'll see the "sanctuary faction" again??? Finally, there is now a whole range of water based creatures in the game. Only the town and a few heroes are missing...

@Immortal_999: Yea... the Phoenix is still missing... But I miss some other special creatures like "fairy-dragon" or, "crystall-dragon"

Yes, these creatures look good. :p
Especially Lizarmen for me of course.

But I'm alone to think lizardmen toes look strange? How they can walk/swim with these short feet?

The designs are all great! benefits you would hope about the skills and characteristics!

When I see that the kraken happens in the next DLC, I can only be happy. We get you a faction on a theme of sea monsters?

Maybe one day, we will upgrade the kraken in cthulhu.

I will see the archer arcane and black guard mercenaries in an extension of the thieves' guild castles. I proposed a concept of French forum for the guild of thieves something more elaborate.

For lezardmen, the swamp fortress is looming in the near future ... at least that's what I hope.
