Hi everybody!

In the order of your desires in terms of faction, how you would see a better Heroes 7?

For me :

1_Inferno
2_A new faction
3_improving factions (duchies, factions traits, ....)
4_Swamp forteress
5_Conflux (easy creation)
6_Sanctuary

1. Sanctuary (nagas) - my favourite faction which is discriminated by devs
2. Some new faction
3. Inferno
4. Improving factions

1. More powerful warfare units that scale into the late game (current warfare unit level branch is horrible)
2. Hero specializations and skills that actually makes sense (hero who specialized in warmachine cannot learn grandmaster warfare, just wow.)
3. Rebalance some spells and provide a direct counter (fire wall is still as op as ever, where is the anti magic spell?)

Speaking strictly on factions:


Sanctuary: The Naga Faction from HoMM6, I'd like to see it combined with elements of the HoMM3 Fortress (Swamp) faction, as I'd imagine that they mostly inhabit that kind of area.
Inferno: A staple of the series at this point, their gating mechanic in HoMM6 was fitting I thought, and should return in some form. I'm not particularly a fan of this faction currently, but I'm not really certain why. To me, the HoMM3 Inferno has more... personality? I guess. In any case, I enjoyed the HoMM3 Inferno, but HoMM6's Inferno doesn't really do it for me.
Conflux: I'm not really sure if this should be a thing. I enjoyed the Conflux faction in HoMM3, however in the current setting I wouldn't see it happening lore-wise if it were to remain similar to the original (That is to say, many different kinds of elementals in one place, cooperating). If it were to be an entirely new faction under the name "Conflux" I probably wouldn't mind, though I'd imagine they would need to keep the "Elemental" theme somehow, and if the units aren't directly elementals, it could start to resemble the Academy faction in ways.


On other topics:

War Machines: Need to be revisited entirely in my opinion. The skill is really disappointing, but the War Units themselves are most often both disgustingly slow (in way of animation) and largely useless in the grand scheme of things. I'd like to see War Machines be a real part of the combat, instead of the sideline show they are now. I'd like both the Support Unit and the Attack Unit for each faction to further accentuate each faction's play style and be viable targets of destruction to cripple your opponents later in the game.
(Skill are supposedly being revamped with this next update, so I suppose we'll see what they have in store for us when they release that, until we see what they have for us I'll reserve further criticism of the skill system.)

I prefer lezardmen and swamp monster, but nagas have got a good skin too.

Kirin - Krakinos - Swamp Hydra (Though I'm not a huge fan of that art, I'd imagine a Swamp Hydra bearing more resemblance to a Crocodile, really just cross it with that awesome Basilisk art and you've got the picture)

After reflection: the swamp fortress have got the aggressive creatures like barbaric and remains a neutral faction, while the Sanctuary seeks peace and preservation ... they are kind.

2. Some new faction.

3. Inferno.

It wouldn't bother me in the slightest to see Inferno take a break this time around. New blood. Meanwhile, Sanctuary was far and away the best and brightest part of the disappointing H6 and deserves a chance to establish itself.

personally, I voted inferno by what is too nice in this game there is no faction "Care Bears" (translation in english: Kiss bears). but I feel it may come if it continuously.
