Dear Ubisoft...

I bought my game through Steam, but had to run it through Origin...It has vanished, I have tried many things, searched the web, seen some similarities with other players "missing" games in Origin...I contacted Origin, but since I purchased it through Steam, they said it was "their" problem, even though I showed them the Steam receipt...I am at wits end, I just want my game back...my epic GAME back!! Please send me some wisdom... I am begging...

I don't know why you had to run it through Origin if you got it through Steam. My guess is the problem lies somewhere in that setup. First I would check how your storage is set up in Origin. If you already played the game it worked at some point, so this might be worth checking:

Thanks a bunch. none of this worked, however I do think it's connected to the cloud storage aspect...much thanks for chipping to help!

I'm gonna try a ticket with UBI, cause EA was usless as usual...:(
