I found this pic on the net. I'd never heard of it before and don't know anything about it. Do you?

I believe it's an early or prototype He111. Weren't they originally produced with a stepped cockpit, and twin vertical surface tails?

If I had all the money I'd spent on drink..I'd spend it on drink!

It is a Messerschmitt Bf161 or Bf162.Looking like a larger 110 it was built as a reconnaissance(161) or bomber(162) aircraft. The bomber version was not built because the Ju88 was chosen by the Luftwaffe. The 161 was not built because the Bf110 could fill the reconnaissance role.

It looks much like a Luftwaffe seized French Potez 63...

Not to be insulting, but have you seen a pic of a Potez 63 ?

or maybe, it just that it has a twin tail and twin engines and a glass nose, any plane with those look like a Potez 63 ????

tail is wrong, wing is wrong, cockpit is in the wrong place, engines ? these are inline, Potez 63 has air cooled

but other then that, yea, looks just like a Potez 63

At first glance, it looks like a really big Bf-110. Looks cool though.
