Unlimited subscription work for anyone?

My daughter is getting pretty pissed off. Cant finish a song or play unlimited shuffle due to connection issues to ubisoft.

Connection is 18mbs down and 1mbs up. What connection does this need? No other devices online. Dmz all ports forwarded. Ubisoft server problem in Australia?
