This is the first sim I've played since EAW. Great game! I'm really rusty and not familiar with Russian aircraft of the WWII era. For air-to-air missions, what's a good Soviet aircraft to start with where I'm not totally overmatched (especially in campaign mode).

ummm Online get in a Yak3 or LA7... offline, blah, AI isnt the smartest... get in a mig3 or something...

I personally like the lagg3 and the I-16.

Make sure you get all your patches first...... I would suggest you try tne Zero or the La5 as well..nice planes....
