I used to have such a mission (that is, prior to my hard drive "crashing"!).
Does anyone out there know where I can download such a mission (just to practice take-off's and landings)?
I recall downloading a pack of "Luftwaffe Training" missions which contained such a mission.
Many thanks.

Just copy the text into notepad and save it in your ...\IL-2 Sturmovik Forgotten Battles\Missions\Single\DE\Bf-109K-4 folder as landing.mis
It will then show in the single missions menu as an option "landing.mis" in the 109k4 list.

You can change the plane easily in Full Mission Builder. Open the file, click on any of the blu waypoints and select the Object/View menu option. Use the second pull down menu in the object viewer to pick a different plane and save the change.

An alternative is to start a Multiplayer/Dogfight server and use that for practice. If you do it that way you wont have to reload the mission when you mess up, you can just hit the ESC key and click the "Refly" option. You can also swap aircraft without having to edit the mission.
