1. What is the issue you're experiencing?
- I tried buying a high-end tactical mask from the special gear vendor with "1 buy and equip". lost my phoenix credits and didn't receive my item. The vendor scammed me!

2. What were you doing when this issue occurred?
- Just purchasing with buy and equip by clicking on the "1 buy and equip".

3. Are you able to recreate this issue?
- Not going to try again and lose more phoenix credits.

4. What have you done in an attempt to correct this issue?- I tried restarting the game and Uplay. I still don't have the mask and lost phoenix credits.


I feel like i just wasted my time.... Not happy.
