I have been trying to submit a ticket for 2 days and it just doesn't let me submit the ticket. All it does is just refresh the page or tells there is a error. When I ask to use web-mail it just refreshes the page, and when I click live chat support it refreshes the page as well. No pop ups, nothing AT ALL. I have tried 2 different browsers with and without add-block.
Is there a email or phone number I can use instead? I am just trying to confirm the validity of my code but your website doesn't even work.
Also your phone support system for Canada doesn't even work its currently 9:22pm clearly not yet midnight and your phone support is closed.

Hello Fantasy Pie, and welcome to the Ubisoft forums! We do have phone support, yes. However, our North American phone support is for account issues only.

If you're trying to check the validity of a code, I recommend reaching out to our Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/UbisoftSupport/) or Twitter (https://twitter.com/UbisoftSupport) support teams through PM/DM and they should be able to tell you if your code is valid. Alternatively, you can PM me with any PC key information and I can investigate it for you.

the german support page is unreachable error 404

Uplay client claims my code has been used by another account.
But i have only one. So there seems something goes wrong.

I'm having the same issue (http://forums.ubi.com/showthread.php/1425749-Ticket-system-not-working?p=11561300), but I'm trying to report a game glitch in my case. I could post it on the forums, but I don't want people to find out that they can still get away with such a thing, so I'd much rather send it privately. I tried both FF and IE and get the exact same results as OP - IE gives a 404 but FF gives just a blank page. Have been trying for the past 2 days to submit this to no avail.

Back on March 28th I was able to send in a question no problem, but I have not gotten an answer back yet, which is very unusual. I've always gotten very fast answers.

The entire Ubisoft support is broken and incompetent, so dont expect anything soon.

I have experienced problems redeeming codes, because:

I had my game library on a different drive. Game only liked default install.

Code is to be redeemed ingame.

Hope you get your problem fixed, so you can enjoy what you paid for.
